Simeón Ruiz has the Chemical Science degree from the University of Barcelona (2006). He studied the Master in experimental Organic Chemistry at the University of Barcelona (2007). He is currently working in the Natural Antioxidants Group under the direction of Dr. Rosa Lamuela. Its main tasks are to give administrative and logistic support.
