Polina Galkina is a 2018 graduate of M. V. Lomonosov Moscow State University, where she also completed her Master’s degree in 2020. She is currently pursuing her PhD in Food and Nutrition. She is working on the project: “Analysis of bioactive components in biological samples to study the effects of the Mediterranean Diet on cognitive performance”.
