Ricardo holds a degree in Human Nutrition from the Universidad Autónoma Metropolitana (Mexico) and a Master’s degree in Nutrition Sciences from the Universidad Autónoma del Estado de Morelos (Mexico). He is currently pursuing a PhD in Food and Nutrition. She is working on the project: Effect of tomato intake on the gut-brain microbiota axis in healthy adults (MITOS).
