Mohamed Abuhabib holds a degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences from Mansoura University, Egypt, where he also completed a Master’s degree in pharmacognosy (chemistry of natural products). He is currently pursuing his PhD in Food and Nutrition. He is working on the project: “Development of a more sustainable production of healthier tomatoes with a higher content of functional compounds”.
