Predoctoral Researcher
Marta holds a degree in Human Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Granada (2023) with an Extraordinary Degree Award.
She then completed a Master’s in Precision Nutritional Studies and Nutritional Epidemiology at the International University of La Rioja, UNIR (2024).
Currently, she is pursuing a PhD in Food and Nutrition, focused on using in vitro digestion models to assess the bioaccessibility and bioavailability of bioactive compounds in processed sweet potatoes.
