Eulàlia holds a degree in Human Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Barcelona (2021) and later completed a Master’s in Nutrition and Metabolism at URV-UB (2022). She is currently pursuing a PhD in Food and Nutrition with the project PEANUTY: The effect of peanuts on cognition, body composition, and inflammation.
