Nancy Donají Sánchez García
Predoctoral Researcher
Nancy Donají Sánchez García holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Food Chemistry and a Master’s Degree in Industrial Management both from the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM).
She also holds a Master’s Degree in Food Development and Innovation from the University of Barcelona (UB).
Currently, she is pursuing a PhD in Food and Nutrition at the UB in our research group, supported by a scholarship granted by the Secretariat of Science, Humanities, Technology, and Innovation (SECIHTI) of the Government of Mexico.
