Isabella Parilli Moser has a degree in Human Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Navarra and a Masters in Nutrition and Metabolism from the University of Barcelona and the Rovira i Virgili University. She is currently doing her PhD in Food and Nutrition. She is working on the project: “Healthy Prebiotic and Postbiotic Effects of Peanuts and Peanut Butter intake in healthy college student: (ARISTOTLE study)”.
