Inés holds a PhD in Food and Nutrition from the University of Barcelona since 2024. She graduated in Pharmacy from the University of Barcelona (2020), where she also participated in projects related to the effect of fats on health with Dr. Carmen López. She is currently still working in our group as a postdoctoral researcher.
