Bachelor’s Degree in Biotechnology by the University of Lleida (2016) with Extraordinary Award, and Master in Food Research and Development by the University of Barcelona (2018). Currently, she is doing a PhD in Food and Nutrition. She is working on the project “Effect of diet polyphenols on insulin sensitivity, markers of inflammation and the incidence of diabetes type 2”.
