Julián Lozano Castellón

Postdoctoral researcher

Julián holds a PhD in Food and Nutrition from the University of Barcelona since 2022. He graduated in Chemistry from the University of Barcelona (2016) where he also completed the Master in Food Development and Innovation (2017). He is currently still working in our group and his research focuses on the effect of processing on bioactive compounds in food, studying how to obtain antioxidant-rich foods to promote health.
