Postdoctoral researcher

Emily holds a PhD in Food and Nutrition from the University of Barcelona since 2022. She graduated in Human Nutrition (2011) from the Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos, in Peru and obtained an interuniversity Master’s degree in Nutrition and Metabolism (2017) between the Universities of Barcelona and Rovira y Virgili. She is currently still working in our group and her research focuses on bioactive components of diet and cardiometabolic health in Spanish adolescents.
