The session brought together renowned international experts, including Dr. Ram贸n Estruch from IDIBAPS and INSA-UB; Prof. Miguel 脕ngel Mart铆nez-Gonz谩lez from the University of Navarra; researchers from CIBEROBN; and Dr. Ikram Khemiri from the University of Tunis El Manar, fostering a valuable exchange of knowledge on the effects of extra virgin olive oil and its bioactive compounds on human health.

The participation of the Polyphenols Research Group in this international forum reinforces its commitment to excellence in research on dietary polyphenols and its contribution to advancing scientific knowledge in the fields of nutrition, the Mediterranean diet, and health.

We thank the congress organizer, Ricardo Miguel谩帽ez, and the Spanish Olive Oil Interprofessional Organization for the opportunity to share our findings and strengthen collaborations with researchers from around the world.
