Our Principal Investigator participated in a roundtable organized by the The Culinary Institute of America during the International hashtag#Olive Oil Sustainability Conference at University of California, Davis.
The event was organized by Javier Fernandez-Salvador Ph.D., Executive Director of the Olive Center at UC Davis, and featured contributions from Antonia Trichopoulou, Maria Loi, Jehangir Mehta, and Alexandra Kicenik Devarenne.
