Lamuela-Ravent\u00f3s took part in the scientific session &#8220;Olive Oil and Health&#8221;, where she delivered the presentation &#8220;Nutraceuticals and Functional Foods Based on EVOO: Capsules, Polyphenol Extracts and Clinical Applications&#8221;.
