{"id":11470,"date":"2025-12-06T19:24:13","date_gmt":"2025-12-06T18:24:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/polyphenolresearch.com\/?p=11470"},"modified":"2025-12-06T19:24:13","modified_gmt":"2025-12-06T18:24:13","slug":"visit-to-the-institute-of-agrifood-research-and-technology-irta","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/polyphenolresearch.com\/en\/visit-to-the-institute-of-agrifood-research-and-technology-irta\/","title":{"rendered":"Visit to the Institute of Agrifood Research and Technology (IRTA)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p data-start=\"135\" data-end=\"279\">Last Monday, November 24th, we visited the Institute of Agrifood Research and Technology (IRTA) of Mas Bov\u00e9, located in Constant\u00ed, Tarragona. \ud83c\udf3f<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"281\" data-end=\"425\">The Polyphenol Research Group team visited the IRTA\u2013Mas Bov\u00e9 facilities and learned first-hand about their research lines on nuts and olive oil.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"427\" data-end=\"792\">The IRTA team, led by Antonia Ninot and Agust\u00ed Romero, showed us the entire process of obtaining olive oil\u2014from the olives to the final tasting\u2014allowing us to enjoy a highly enriching and sensory experience.
