Functional Foods

The development of functional foods is another of our goals, for this we apply technological innovation processes during food handling.

We are recently developing products enriched with phenolic compounds, mainly in olive oil. We determine the phenolic compounds in the waste generated during the extraction of the oil and its possible reuse.
