CCNIEC-EROSKI Foundation award for the best doctoral theses

Dr. Anallely López Yerena, from our research group, has been awarded in the IV Edition of the CCNIEC-Fundació EROSKI awards for the best doctoral thesis of 2020-2021 among the groups that form the Centre Català de la Nutrició de l’Institut d’Estudis Catalans (CCNIEC). The thesis defended in September 2021 is entitled “Health-promoting phenolic compounds in extra virgin olive oil: an integrated study of their concentration and bioavailability” and was directed by Dr. Elvira Escribano Ferrer and Dr. Anna Vallverdú Queralt.
