Rosa M. Lamuela, la Dra. Maria P\u00e9rez, aix\u00ed com les investigadores Roc\u00edo Guti\u00e9rrez i Polina Galkina, prenen part en el prestigi\u00f3s congr\u00e9s &#8220;LIFESTYLE, DIET, WINE &amp; HEALTH&#8221; que se celebra del 18 al 20 d&#8217;octubre de 2023 a Toledo, Espanya.<\/p>\n<p>Aquest esdeveniment, enfocat a la intersecci\u00f3 entre l&#8217;estil de vida, la dieta, el vi i la salut, ha proporcionat un escenari perfecte per compartir els aven\u00e7os i resultats de la investigaci\u00f3 que es desenvolupa al nostre grup. La Dra. Rosa Lamuela, reconeguda experta en el camp, hi participa com a ponent amb la seva presentaci\u00f3 titulada &#8220;Synergistic effects of foods: Importance of dietary pattern&#8221;. La seva xerrada aporta llum sobre la import\u00e0ncia dels patrons diet\u00e8tics en la interacci\u00f3 dels aliments i el seu impacte en la salut.<\/p>\n<p>A m\u00e9s de la Dra. Lamuela, altres membres del nostre equip presenten investigacions en format de p\u00f2ster. Entre els temes destacats es troben &#8220;Association between tartaric acid, a biomarker of wine consumption, and diabetes&#8221;, &#8220;Urolithin profile from a pilot study of walnut feeding in the elderly (WAHA study)&#8221; i &#8220;Study on the effect of the intake of extra virgin olive oil Corbella variety on the microbiota-gut-brain axis in healthy adults&#8221;. Adicionalment, la investigadora convidada en el nostre grup, Carola Pozzoli, tamb\u00e9 hi va participar amb la seva presentaci\u00f3 titulada &#8220;From waste to health: valorisation of chestnut by-product for intestinal diseases&#8221;, resultat del seu treball a la Universitat de Mil\u00e0. De manera similar, la investigadora Dra.
