Durant tres d\u00e8cades, ens hem centrat en l&#8217;estudi dels polifenols i el seu impacte en la salut humana, i hem buscat realitzar una recerca rigorosa i d&#8217;excel\u00b7l\u00e8ncia que no hauria estat possible sense la generositat, el treball dur i el talent de totes les persones que han participat en els nostres projectes de recerca. Volem agrair la tasca i la dedicaci\u00f3 de tots aquells investigadors que han format (o encara formen) part del nostre equip, aix\u00ed com a tots els col\u00b7laboradors, per la seva contribuci\u00f3 al nostre \u00e8xit al llarg d&#8217;aquest temps. Tampoc volem oblidar totes les institucions que ens han donat suport en aquest llarg per\u00edode de temps, fent una menci\u00f3 especial a la Universitat de Barcelona, l&#8217;INSA-UB, el CIBEROBN, la Fundaci\u00f3 Bosch i Gimpera.
