Aix\u00ed ho ha constatat un estudi dut a terme pels grups de recerca \u201cAutoimmunitat, Inmunonutrici\u00f3n i Toler\u00e0ncia\u201d i \u201cPolyphenol Research\u201d, de la Facultat de Farm\u00e0cia i Ci\u00e8ncies de l&#8217;Alimentaci\u00f3 de la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ub.edu\/web\/portal\/ca\/\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Universitat de Barcelona<\/span><\/a>, pertanyents al Institut de Recerca en Nutrici\u00f3 i Seguretat Aliment\u00e0ria (<a href=\"http:\/\/insa.ub.edu\/\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">INSA-UB<\/span><\/a>). Tots dos grups de recerca tamb\u00e9 estan integrats en la Xarxa d&#8217;Innovaci\u00f3 Aliment\u00e0ria de Catalunya (<a href=\"https:\/\/xia.network\/es\/\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">XIA)<\/span><\/a>. Els resultats de l&#8217;article, realitzat en rates com a model d&#8217;estudi, s&#8217;han publicat en la revista <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.sciencedirect.com\/science\/article\/pii\/S0308814622011736\">Food Chemistry<\/a><\/span> i ha estat liderat per les expertes Maria J. Rodr\u00edguez-Lagunas i Anna Vallverd\u00fa-*Queralt i s&#8217;emmarca en un programa de foment de la recerca interna (FRI) entre joves investigadors de l&#8217;INSA-UB.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>La llet materna \u00e9s la millor font de nutrici\u00f3 per als lactants, ja que cont\u00e9 nutrients essencials i factors bioactivos (hormones, anticossos, microorganismes, c\u00e8l\u00b7lules mare, etc.). A m\u00e9s, proporciona molts beneficis a curt i llarg termini tant per a la mare com per al lactant i, en el cas del nounat, redueix la incid\u00e8ncia d&#8217;infeccions i el risc de sofrir malalties metab\u00f2liques en el futur.<\/li>\n<li>El <strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">AOVE<\/span><\/strong> \u00e9s la principal font de greix de la dieta mediterr\u00e0nia, per\u00f2 fins ara es desconeixia que els compostos fen\u00f2lics d&#8217;aquest producte poguessin arribar a ser un component de la llet materna i estar disponibles en els lactants<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Els resultats de la recerca van demostrar que els <strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">compostos fen\u00f2lics<\/span><\/strong> procedents de la dieta \u2014en concret, els del <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>AOVE<\/strong><\/span>\u2014 aconsegueixen la circulaci\u00f3 sist\u00e8mica de les mares. A m\u00e9s, nombrosos <strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">compostos fen\u00f2lics<\/span><\/strong> i els seus metab\u00f2lits tamb\u00e9 van ser detectats en la llet materna.
